Splitting a trip is free on this phone. PackTab+ is for the person who keeps the trip together after everyone goes home. $6 a month, or $60 for a year. Billed by Stripe. Sign in first. The subscription turns on for this account, even if Stripe uses a different email.
- More than one device. PackTab+ lets you open each trip on more than one device.
- One link for the crew. They open the trip themselves. You don’t have to text each amount.
- A receipt is scanned into the bill. Scan it and PackTab+ fills in the merchant, items, tax, and tip. The photo stays on the expense.
- A photo instead of letters. The crew sees a face, not initials, so the right person gets the payment.
- Collect before the trip. Set an upfront amount per person, like an Airbnb deposit, and see who has paid.
- Recurring bills. Repeat rent, utilities, or a subscription weekly or monthly.
- A trip budget. Set a budget and the trip home shows how much is left.
- Today’s exchange rate. A bill in another currency converts to the settle currency at that day’s rate. Both amounts stay on the bill.
- Trip recaps. Pick a color and see spending by person and category. PackTab stays on the image.
- Reminders every 3 days. Unpaid balances email a friend PackTab already knows, until the payment is marked paid.
PackTab+ renews automatically at $6/month or $60/year until you cancel. Cancel anytime in You > Cancel PackTab+, effective at the end of the current period. Payments are non-refundable.
